Enterprise4Women, Ampod’s niche project which incorporates a tailored programme of events alongside a vibrant social networking site www.enterprise4women.biz, brings together an intimate group of women with a shared vision to make a difference in the world.
Women sometimes need their own space in which to share their experiences and acknowledge areas for development. Our programme of support for women ensures that they have childcare provision and that the course is tailored to the needs of the women present. We incorporate self confidence and self esteem into our programme delivery to support women in their personal development.

Enterprise4Women Events
Enterprise4Women is a Southwark-based initiative aimed at creating opportunities for women to engage in greater economic activity, to develop and support existing business, and promote inward investment. The aims and activities of the project include:
- To encourage women with good business ideas to develop them into tangible business propositions
- To encourage the formalisation of informal trading
- To increase the financial skills of women
- To develop the confidence of women to build a sustainable business
- To provide marketing, procurement, business planning and finance training that will support women to learn new skills and expand their knowledge base so that they can make better and more informed decisions
- To develop the confidence to build alliances with others which can enhance personal and business growth and development
- To provide mentoring opportunities to women seeking routes into economic activity or training
