BOOKING CONDITIONS & TERMS OF PAYMENT
Ampod Events and Seminars

Register Now1. The Contract

A contract shall be deemed to have been made between Ampod Ltd and the booking client (“the Client”) when the client has confirmed requirements by online booking system process, or via cheque or via cash.

2. Price

2.1 The full price for the Ampod Events are as advertised.

2.2 The full price includes for full day events:

  • Course Brochure, Workbook and Stationery
  • Free flow tea / coffee
  • Buffet Style Luncheon with Tea/Coffee

THE WEEKEND INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING IN ADDITION:

  • Three-Course Dinner
  • Overnight Accommodation
  • Full English breakfast
  • Use of the Leisure Facilities
  • Workshops & Seminars

The price does NOT include alcoholic beverages or any sundries.

2.3 A minimum deposit of £100 is payable,  to secure your place on the Business Leadership Weekend.  The balance is due 20 days before the date of the event.  All deposits are non refundable.

3. Consequences of Failure to Pay

3.1 If payment is not made within the time limits in clause 2 above, this will be a breach of contract by the Client entitling Ampod Ltd to treat the contract as at an end, and reallocate the place without informing the Client.

3.2 In the event of Ampod Ltd treating the contracts as at an end under clause 5.1 Ampod Ltd shall be entitled to retain all sums already paid by the client.

4. Cancellation or Variations by the Client

Any notice of cancellation or variation by the client of a booking or part of a booking must be via email to: info@ampod.co.uk or made in writing by letter sent by recorded delivery to:

and is only effective if accepted by return by Ampod Ltd.

5. Consequences of Cancellation by the Client

If a booking is cancelled by the client  60 days before the event, the client shall be liable for 25% of the total price of the booking.  If a booking is cancelled by the client 30 days , the client shall be liable for the total price of the booking.

6. Alterations to advertised packages

6.1 Every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised program, but where it may become necessary to substitute a speaker, we will select an appropriate person of a similar high calibre or experience, qualifications and industry knowledge.

6.2 Ampod Ltd accepts no responsibility for changes made at the venue s.  We are reassured that the facility maintains a very high standard of customer service and are confident that the facility for accommodation, seminars and meals will be of an excellent standard.

7. Liability of Ampod Ltd

7.1 In any event Ampod Ltd shall not be liable for death or personal injury suffered by the client arising out of the booking. This limitation of liability shall also extend to any loss or damage sustained by property or belongings of the client for any further costs, demands or expenses incurred or suffered by the client arising out of the booking.

7.2 Ampod Ltd will not be liable for any cancellation of or alteration to the booking or any loss or damage to the client arising out of circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to any act of god, natural disaster or act of terrorism.

8. Law and Construction
The contract of these terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law and Ampod Ltd and the client hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in all matters regarding the contracts and these Terms and Conditions.
